The platform supports sending and receiving control, monitoring and technical assistance data in the car. GM and Volvo have already started using the technology in their Brazilian cars.
For example, users can activate speakers and microphones of the hands-free system of cars, lock doors remotely, connect applications to specific functions and program the car to respond to commands from various mobile phones from family members. Functions like mechanical and technical assistance can be scheduled upon specific events, as well as rescue services called if the air bags are used. The solution also provides information on the weather, daily news, economic indicators, traffic conditions and information on tourist attractions, shops and restaurants.
