ORBCOMM will provide both satellite and cellular connectivity through state-of-the-art hardware and a web-based reporting platform for optimal fleet management.

Fairchild Freight will use ORBCOMM’s cold chain telematics solution to provide comprehensive temperature, fuel management and maintenance data for its refrigerated trailers. Leveraging ORBCOMM’s proven solution, Fairchild Freight will fully integrate the data with its proprietary back-office platform to optimize temperature compliance and asset utilization. In addition, Fairchild Freight will be one of the first customers to take advantage of ORBCOMM’s integration withPeopleNet’s fleet performance monitoring platform, providing Fairchild Freight visibility to more asset classes on one comprehensive platform.
