Scott McCarley is Senior Director of Solution Management at ThingWorx, a PTC Business, where he is focused on enabling customers to leverage the Internet of Things to deliver new value and transform the way they create, operate and service products. He has responsibility for the leadership of market analysis, solution definition, and go-to-market activities for ThingWorx Smart, Connected Product offerings. For the past 5 years, Scott has worked with leading manufacturers to help elevate their product development, service and supply chain management capabilities. Scott has over 15 years of management experience with enterprise software companies in roles ranging from software development to marketing. Scott holds a M.B.A in Marketing and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Biology from Colby College.



Robin Duke-Woolley,


Beecham Research is based in Cambridge UK, with offices in London and Boston MA, and specializes in the development of the rapidly-growing M2M/IOT market worldwide. Robin has over 35 years experience in the telecom/IT industry. Firstly in commercial roles covering Marketing Management, Sales Management and General Management in international technology vendor companies including General Electric Company, STC/Nortel and in start-ups. Secondly in market analysis/consulting roles, including as a Director of Research at Dataquest/Gartner and as an independent consultant. He has been researching the M2M/IOT market for over a decade, since 2001, and is an internationally recognized thought leader in this area. Clients include major market players from all parts of the M2M/IOT value chain.Robin gained a BSc honours degree in Electronics, followed by an MSc in Management and Business Studies at Warwick University in the UK. He also studied at INSEAD in Fontainebleu, France.
